The Guitar Store
I drove round America a couple of years ago. It was a whole lot of fun. One of the coolest things about America is that they build big shit to fill up the large gaps between the large cities of their large country. Huge fruit? Sure! Enormous Cows? Oh yeah! Massive Jesuses? But of course! They fucking love it, and it makes the long, long drives a bit more exciting when you see the silhouette of a super-sized bathtub on the horizon.
I never thought that this kind of thing happened in dull, regular sized England until I found this fucking place.
A guitar shop in Southampton that looks just like a Fender amp. Brilliant.
(On another note, I made a zine about my American travels, which I’m hoping to get up on the Internet or back into print sometime in the near future.)
